This spa has the absolute worst business ethics of any company I've had to deal with as a customer. I purchased two groupons for my mother and I to use towards getting a manicure and pedicure. Our appointments were cancelled on us, and we told we could either reschedule of get a refund. However, since then I have emailed and called them to try and claim the refund that we were promised and received no response. Great food
This is April 26th 2013. Yes BAD EXPERIENCE SO FAR!!!! You know of a poor operation when you leave a voicemail and they use a cheap answering machine. Generally the first sign of poor business trying to save on voicemail. I received a coupon from these guys for a Christmas present and no answering emails or left messages. THIS SPA HAS BEEN EVICTED FROM THEIR LOCATION SINCE NOVEMBER 23RD, 2012. THEY OWE THE LANDLORD OVER $54,000.00 IN BACK RENT. THEY KNEW THEY WERE BEING EVICTED BUT YET STILL SCAMMED GROUPON'S CUSTOMERS. REPORTING THIS TO THE OAKVILLE POLICE. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL DO SOMETHING. SINCE OVER 400 PEOPLE PURCHASED GROUPONS FOR THIS SITE
