Do not use Term Brokers. Used to be one of the best insurance companies around Okaloosa county. Not sure what has happened but customer service disappeared. They have some guy who does quotes only when and if he feels like it. It did not happen just once, no, happened numerous times. Extremely slow at getting back to you if he does at all. I mean, there are plenty of other insurance companies looking for business. Term Brokers don't care if they have any or not, just terrible.
This is the worst insurance broker I have worked with in my life! The owners are unprofessional and not responsive to time sensitive needs such as giving us a proper quote that we needed for closing on a home mortgage. I literally wasted weeks with this company where they play "bait and switch" with homeowner's policies which caused us not to close on time with our home.
