Another update:08/2026 Had an emergency at home and needed a quick meal close to home. Opened my teriyaki chicken bowl only to see a bowl of very CHARRED, inedible chicken on a bed of veggies and rice. I had to remove the chicken and just have the rice& veggies. My daughter liked her orange chicken, so i guess thats something. I had orderd / paid for an extra teriyaki sauce and two bowls but only received 1 teriyaki sauce for the two bowls , when i should of received 3. Also my egg roll didn't come with the sauce either. I love teriyaki chicken bowl ive been eating here since i was a kid yea service isnt perfect and prices go up like everything else but it beats eating at a giant corporation like panda express whos gonna give me the exact same food you can order in another city with bad or good customer service depending on the employee. food is great and get extra sauce for your chicken!
Place an order it said it would be ready in 30 minutes and it took me 30 minutes to get there and when I get there it was not even started. Highly frustrating I even used the text message system to where my order would be ready when I got there. Like what the heck was happening for 30 minutes I had to wait longer. I will not be going back solely off this experience
never get my orders right
Door dashed an order from here. They only gave me half my order. We had to drive back to pick up the other half of our order which we paid a delivery service for. The manager refused to give us a refund, a certificate or a free drink - literally anything to make up for their own lazy mistake. If I could rate you zero stars I would, this place sucks, the management is terrible and the food is mediocre. Don’t waste your money or time with this place.
