Very disappointed with my experience at Teriyaki Madness. Last night I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and a large Dr Pepper through DoorDash. The receipt clearly showed the drink as part of my order. When my order arrived, there was no drink. I was already running late, which is why I ordered DoorDash instead of picking it up myself. The DoorDash driver told me the restaurant never gave them a drink to deliver. I called the restaurant, and the response I received was, "I'm sorry, I guess we didn't look at the receipt." The personnel at this restaurant were so friendly and courteous. The food looked and tasted delicious. It’s always a good experience but this was the best visit by far.
Me and my daughter and nephew Love this place best teriyaki chicken bowl ever. Employees were so great friendly and helpful to me and my daughter . High recommend
