Did a mobile order for pick up. Added Yum Yum sauce to my order. Just REGULAR yum yum sauce. Received SPICY yum yum sauce instead. Sadly I didn’t notice it until I had already poured it on my food. Flavor wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t what I wanted or PAID for. I don’t care for spicy foods so it ruined the bowl for me. Double check LITERALLY EVERYTHING before pulling away. Found out the hard way.
I didn't get my food. You owe me a refund. This is the second time this has happened and I didn't even get recourse from the first time. There needs to be a way that you're app makes sure the drivers instantly get in touch with the customer if they are lost, need assistance finding the delivery location.
Their food seems to always be fresh and it’s delicious. Highly recommend the spicy teriyaki chicken!
The food was ok if you like teriyaki. I dont plan to eat here again anytime soon.
