Previous manager who was extremely unsatisfied with the food tae provided great service per usual but food was very subpar as was the response I received when I let them know about didnt want a refund before but now I would like one burnt chicken, smelly rice and lack of glaze really put me off.
Tried to order teriyaki chicken breast bowl @ 7:57pm. Was told the grill is shut down for chicken breast because they made all the chicken breast they need for the night since they close at 9pm. Only able to get regular chicken. Order came up, it was salmon...not even chicken
Teriyaki till I die
I've been wanting to try Teriyaki Madness for a while, and after an early appointment in the area this morning, figured I'd finally get a chance to try the Strongsville location. I walked in at 10:08AM. Door chime went off. Approached the counter with nobody around. Saw 2 employees towards the back. Both looked at the counter and saw me and kept working. Was expecting a lot more. Very overpriced and serving portions are very little. Chicken was so dry had to put so much teriyaki sauce just to get it edible. Noodles was amazing only reason is getting a two star. Definitely will not be returning
