Not fond of the food. You get 7 or 8 choices for meals and 4 or 5 options for veggies. They charge extra for fried rice. The most popular dish seems to be the chicken teriyaki. I ordered the steak. The meat was not very good. I ordered extra onions and instead received a bowl full of carrots. There was one girl working the front and one cook, understaffed. However, the girl was friendly. I spent $17+ for the junior bowl and a regular drink.
Was laughed at and humiliated because I was trying to explain how I wanted my food. Then when I got home opened it up it was burnt. Called and again humiliated by laughing and asked for manager and no answer just laughing all employees including mananger of 09/19 6:21 pm it is a joke! All should be removed from service to get new jobs. OWNERS should be made aware of the business service and how they treat people will get around quickly.
The guy named Donovan was amazing. I never leave reviews, but had two for him. We only waited for like three minutes and he upgraded my chicken And said sorry for the long wait when we first got there two other ladies were Writing a review because he was So good and kind the food is amazing. Also Donovan stole show.
I was honestly hesitant because the reviews are so hit and miss. But I decided to take a chance on it today. The guy working the front is very nice, asked his name and it was Donovin. He patiently walked us through the ordering process, kept busy, and as we sat and ate he had great service and attitude towards customers and checked in with waiting customers consistently. My family and I absolutely love it here! The food is always fresh, and the employees are consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly. You can truly tell they care about creating a great experience for their customers.
