The food is amazing and they are so nice

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt more than twice. But, in comparison to the one in Simi Valley, this place sucks. Its food quality has always been terrible, and when I pay for the extra protein, I am greeted with the opposite. An absolute scamming location. Paying $4 for extra protein in a large bowl, and only a third of it is protein, and the rice is the majority of the bowl, with hardly ever any vegetable balance, is truly disappointing. Clean, friendly and fantastic food‼️‼️‼️‼️
I've only tried the chicken breast bowl. I think it's a good amount of food for the money. But it was a little on the dry side. They need to put more teriyaki sauce on the chicken breast bowl, or stop charging extra when you ask for extra teriyaki sauce to go. The staff are very nice and the restaurant is clean.
