Ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and not only did. It take about 30 minutes to come out but it also came out cold which means someone probably straight up just forgot to give it to me. Aside from that the restaurant was also dirty, the floors were sticky, hella bugs, and for some reason every table or chair had food stains all over them. Food was not worth the money will not be coming back.
Absolutely nothing about this restaurant appealed to me. Immediately upon entrance I was greeted with terrible customer service combined with management that couldn't help you tie your own shoes. I sat down after spending minutes scoffing at the poor menu selection and ridiculous prices, realizing that the only possible redeeming quality of this establishment would have to be the food, until I was astonished to find out that my mediocre expectations couldn't even be met. Worst place ever. The food came out cold, and the workers were extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Definitely won’t be coming back.
I tried the teriyaki chicken with rice bowl and after dining here the other day, I can confidently say the food was subpar at best, the chicken tasted like it had been left out for days and the egg roll you could’ve fooled me by saying it was from a kids food toy set as it was utterly flavorless. I would not reccomend and would rather be shot
John Taft was amazing and gave us such great service! From the beginning he was super friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. He was really helpful throughout the entire experience and made sure we had everything we needed. He took his time helping us and answering any questions we had and never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering him.
