Great service
Showed up before my online order time, waited 10 minutes passed my estimated ready time, only to be told that the Katsu I ordered was not available. Understandable, but just tell me this up front rather than keeping me waiting 10 more minutes. Went to get a refund, and they can’t refund my order in the store. Now trying to deal with the refund online
The orange chicken and the teriyaki salmon bowls were both burned terribly. Not a good value for $42.00. We will not be wasting our money here again.
Ordered chicken thighs around 7 PM yesterday (26 September, 2025) and they were the best I ever had!! Hats off to whoever prepared it so perfectly!
