It was our first time visiting Teriyaki Madness for a meal. And we loved it we got the salmon and veggies plus the teriyaki chicken, fried rice and veggies. Along with 2 appetizers— the Rangoon and Edamame. All very tasty! After dining, we ended up taking half of our meal home. They give you very generous portions.
The cashier yesterday morning was really sweet, there was a little wait but i didn’t mind. the guy before me was rude to the cashier about the wait but some people can’t be pleased with anything. great food and great service, i will be eating here again!!
I was told a 10 minute wait for my food. 30 minutes later the front desk lady lost my order. People ordering after me were getting their food before me. Terrible service. I genuinely hate being this guy, but this is by far the worst service I have ever had. I’ve been waiting longer than 40 minutes. There is also no manager at the store, so nobody to talk too.
Very dissatisfied with our meal last night. The chicken was dried out. We ordered extra protein and only got a few pieces. They only have us one teriyaki sauce for two meals. Not sure if we will eat here again.
Three families ahead of me and we all waited for over an hour for our food. The slowest service ever!
