Helps if they have the correct prices for food on the menu then charge you more without telling you. Get billed $2 instead of $1 for each rice/noodle upgrade then get charged the 6 crab rangoon price for only 4. When you ask about it the sales person just shrugs and say they must have changed the prices. This is theft of they say it is a certain price then secretly charge you more and hope you don't notice.
We were the only people at first and it took 20 minutes to get our food. The guy who took our order was soooooo rude!! Not sure if I’d come back based on that interaction.
I had an absolutely terrible experience here it’s genuinely awful. They messed up my order of spicy chicken and I had tried it the first time and it tasted fine but the second time around they made it UNBEARABLY spicy probably on purpose. The floors were so sticky and the service was blaming us when we specifically told them no veggies in our bowl. Just get the wing stop next door honestly. Spent $65 for terrible food
Terrible experience. Floors were sticky and gross, workers were inattentive and rude, did not offer a viable solution when they messed up our order. The food the first time was missing noodles, which were asked for, and then when they exchanged the food it was unbearably spicy in comparison to what we previously ordered, they claimed it was the same, it was not. I don’t recommend ordering from here unless you want bad service and gross food.
