I’ve eaten here a few times before a year or two ago and it was great. I’ve eaten at this chain in other parts of the country and it’s always great. I order a mad chicken bowl with veggies and noodles and I received some chicken and a huge portion of dry spaghetti noodles that were over cooked with no veggies for almost $20. We also ordered a regular teriyaki bowl with white rice and veggies and it was horrible. Not sure what happened to this place but I’d be iffy to try again at this location

Absolutely disgusting! They use some sort of fake chicken. Completely unnatural. Also, the rice was definitely boil in a bag garbage. I can't understand why this place is still open or even opened in the first place. I feel violated for having been served that.
Make sure you don't order online, because there's no way to cancel your order if they are backed up. Had to wait 30 extra minutes to get my food and management was nowhere to be found.
Food is absolutely delicious! Manager bri is absolutely amazing!
