I placed my order almost 30 minutes before opening. When I arrived 25 minutes after the posted opening time, the doors were still locked. Once staff finally opened up, I discovered my order hadn’t even been started—it was clearly pending on their iPad, but not on the main screen. We stood at the counter to order, waiting for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement by staff. A door dash driver was acknowledged when he walked in, handed his food and the staff went back to the kitchen. Embarrassed to have hyped it up for our out of town guest.
I love their spicy chicken teriyaki bowl! From what I've had , all the foods been really good!
Food is great as always but it is all rice and noodles. I paid $25 for rice and noodles essentially. Very little meat its kinda ridicolous.
