The customer service here is practically non-existent. If you place a pickup order and wait at the counter, the staff will glance at you multiple times but completely ignore you while continuing their tasks. After 5–10 minutes, someone MIGHT finally acknowledge you. It’s honestly frustrating because how is it not obvious that I’m waiting for help?

We love ordering from Teriyaki Madness. Firstly, whoever is in charge of their email marketing deserves a raise, their messaging is always hilarious! We order from here every so often (we like to mix it up when we purchase lunch for the office, which is the only reason we don't order from them more) and pick it up in-store. The food is consistently delicious; their teriyaki sauce is incredible. We are very happy with the food and the service, I can say wholeheartedly that this is a great place to eat!
