We catered a teriyaki lunch for a team of 35 people. Jay helped us set it up and he delivered the food to us on time. The team absolutely loved everything! The chicken and steak teriyaki (with sauce on the side!), fried rice and white rice, stir fried veggies, and edamame. Everything was eaten and thoroughly enjoyed! Great team meal! Thank you Jay and the other teriyaki madness staff!
Stopped by for a late lunch today and ordered two bowls (one spicy chicken, one mad chicken), both with fried rice and no cabbage. I was given a 10 to 15-minute estimate, and the food was ready in under 10 minutes! Everything came out exactly as ordered, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. The staff was awesome as well: friendly, helpful, and engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again!

I absolutely love finding Teriyaki Madness in West Sacramento. They offer gluten free teriyaki chicken bowls! Unheard of in fast food. It is delicious, fast and convenient. I have eaten there 3x’s now. I do find the chicken can vary in the amount of char on it. It is still exceptional with the fried rice and veggies. I’ll have to remember to ask for a little less char.
Consistently one of the best and quickest options for my dietary needs. Staff is always on point.
