The food is always great, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. This is the second time I’ve interacted with an older gentleman who comes across as unwelcoming and a bit rude. Last visit, I ordered my usual chicken teriyaki bowl combo with an egg roll and a drink. The gentleman behind the counter proceeded to tell me I was “confusing” him with my order and attempted to lecture me about how I was ordering. What a joke of a portion. 15 USD for 4 pieces of orange chicken, 1 cup of cooked rice, and 1/4 cup of veggies. Waw shocking
First time here, this place is really cool! Reminds me of Sarku Japan that I used to go to a lot but cleaner and good atmosphere, and the team had a great attitude!
