Would be great if this place learned how to read order receipts. I have ordered online 4 times from here and they got my order wrong twice. Maybe they need glasses or just some care when preparing people's food.
The chicken breast teriyaki bowl was really good and much better than expected. Tasted really fresh and a good char grill flavor on the chicken. Their teriyaki sauce is a good combination of sweet and savory 👌🏽 Got the bowl with noodles and they were also really good alongside the sautéed veggies!
The food is always great, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. This is the second time I’ve interacted with an older gentleman who comes across as unwelcoming and a bit rude. Last visit, I ordered my usual chicken teriyaki bowl combo with an egg roll and a drink. The gentleman behind the counter proceeded to tell me I was “confusing” him with my order and attempted to lecture me about how I was ordering.
