Horrible experience. After waiting 15 minutes with no food, I asked for my money back. Michael the manager was extremely rude and difficult. The rest of the staff was fine. I have left with no food and no refund. I can not tell you if the food was any good because I did not receive any food. Michael find a new career. Horrible experience.
Have tried this 3 times already and every time the chicken thighs have too much charred bits. Just tried breast for the first time and it was so dry I couldn’t chew it. Paid $55 for 4 bowls and Dumplings. Not worth the high price.
The good: The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service has been consistently friendly. I like the greeting and the “hot and fresh order for….” I just think it’s a nice touch. The place is also very clean. The bad: The last two times I came, there was some main menu item missing. Last time chicken breast and this time the steak. Also they didn’t have noodles. I was going to post a photo of what I ordered. Turns out I just dug right into it. My teriyaki bowl was so good. Hot, steamy and amazing on the eyes. Full of flavor and left me wanting more. All areas were clean and organized. The atmosphere is pleasant. Kudos to the manager and staff!
I ordered steak teriyaki and got 6 small stripes of meat. Too pricy and they won't even offer a glass of water, you have to order a drink and on top to pay they ask for tips but there is no table service.
