Is this place ever open? I've been trying to go the past couple of weeks and it's always closed.
This place is never open. I tried 3 DIFFERENT times this past week at various times of the day and they were closed every time. I get it if you're slow but 5pm on a Wed night? Maybe change your hours online so it's not so deceiving.
The rice was absolutely horrible no texture it was like eating warm tapioca pudding. The chicken I paid extra for was not very good it was very disappointing. I dont like to leave bad reviews but this time I had to as I called to let them know I was not satisfied at all and the fact we didn't even eat the food they offered to refund our money. This place is trash, hour long waits for 3 people in the store. Get it together, you need employees that can cook more than 1 item at a time.
Ordered a chicken bowl and pot stickers. And came with no sauce at all. Food is dry and bland. Would probably be great in story so you could ask for sauce when something like this happens but can’t recommend ordering it for delivery. Wasted 35 dollars.
