Menu states that they have gluten free options available, but my wife got a voicemail that said they aren't gluten free as they have to fry the some of the food in the same pans. Talked to a manager and he was very rude, stating that we "picked non gluten free options". We've gotten the same order for months now, and have confirmed upon pick up each time that it was gluten free. I had a great experience at Teriyaki Madness! The food was fresh, delicious, and my order came out super fast — I was honestly impressed by how quick and efficient the service was. On top of that, the cashier was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated with such warmth.
