I placed an order on the app to have a chicken katsu. 5 min after placing my order im told there is no more katsu and asked if I could change it out for something else. I agreed to that option but then later decided to try and cancel my order by calling the store number. Upon multiple attempts to calling the store and my call immediately gets dropped I had to drive all the way to the store.
