Absolutely love this place! Phenomenal customer service. Just a heads-up, all three locations are on Virginia St. I did not realize this before placing an order online and went to the wrong location. I asked if there was any way they could make my order and they were extremely understanding and made my order on the spot for me. Saved me a 20 minute drive after a long day. Will definitely be coming back for customer service alone. And I will be sure to order to the right location next time!
40 minute wait just to find out that the cashier never even submitted my order. I Ended up asking for a refund because my lunch hour was done only to receive attitude and rolling eyes from the cashier for not trusting she’d send me back my refund without giving me a receipt.( it took her like 10 seconds to complete the refund btw) I never write bad reviews but this experience was so bad I had to. Very mediocre. Seemed greasy and didn't appeal to me. Order chicken teriyaki which was okay. Also seemed pretty unhealthy and not something I'd get again.
The employees are great and so was the food
Went in there during lunch time so it is busy, it's lunchtime. Everybody knows it's busy. Was told by the cashier There's going to be an extra 20 minutes if I ordered the chicken teriyaki breast, so I just ordered the regular chicken teriyaki with the salmon large plate noodles like a $24 bowl and 23 minutes later I asked, Hey, why would you tell me it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes for chicken breast if my whole meal was going to take that long.
