I went in around 2pm ordered my food it was lukewarm when I received it I spoke to a manager " Lamar " about the temperature he stated he has some new chicken that just came off the grill I asked him why didn't I get that He took my food back supposedly replaced it and when I got it back it was the same temperature. Listen restaurants no one goes to your establishments to eat cold or warm food especially if it's a flat top there that can fix the situation. I wont ever go back ... Wish I knew about this place sooner! Updated my review to 5 stars because the owner reached out respectfully and promised to take action on some issues I had. Every business has issues. Doesn’t matter who you are. What matters is an owner & management with accountability. Thank you 🙏🏼
The manager was very rude! My daughter and I always went here but he lost customer by not accepting accountability for bad food and seevice‼️NO STARS AND THE TABLES ARE ALWAYS FILTHY...HARD RICE AND OVER COOKED CHICKEN AMONGST OTHER THINGS. The lady at the front counter is a sweetie pie and even talks to our service pet Lil mamas. The day I needed a refund due to not being able to eat it was a snow storm and the manager wanted me to drive all the way back out west instead of just refunding one of the meals smh.
