I was just so disappointed today! First, the gentleman at the front counter was not engaging at all, offered no help or assistance when they didn’t have a scanner for my app and their system didn’t recognize my phone number or email. So I wasn’t able to get points for my order and I wasn’t able to redeem one of my rewards. It’s also disappointing that for as much as I paid for a large bowl, the serving size was pitiful. Tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time yesterday and they absolutely delivered! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—every bite was a win. The restaurant itself was spotless, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was Aarron. His friendliness and lightning-fast service made me feel genuinely welcome. He went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious teriyaki in a clean, inviting space!
