2nd time dining here. 2nd time the rice was crunchy (old, undercooked). Veggies clearly made ahead of time. Quality has gone way down. Won't be returning.
Never even opened the bag and meanwhile the bowl just dumps all the food. Will not go there for a while now since it just seems like their lids won't secure it. Waste of $13 of food and never had this happen before until now.
We were having an event at my work. I was in charge of getting the food for the event for 40 people. I tried calling the restaurant I previously called for a quote, and kept getting sent to voicemail. Spent 2 hours last night trying to find a place to cater my work's event today. Around 6pm last night I called Teriyaki Madness, and Aundrea was the angel that I needed! She was able to take my order, and had the order ready for pickup by 10:30am this morning.
