Worst TMAD location we have ever experienced. MadDash Mondays are a joke. Orders were not ready on time even when the app said it was. No communication on delay so instead of people getting curbside pickup it was an in-store experience! I was not alone w having to go into the store only to wait an additional 20+ minutes for them to start the order! Looks like drive-thru was the priority. I came here to pick up my online order - they said they couldn’t make it yakisoba style because it’s 2 meats even though I came here early to tell them AND put it on my additional comments and they REFUSED my refund. I’m so upset and so hungry. They said they can’t do the Yakisoba style on 2 meats and will get in major trouble or fired if they do the yakisoba noodles …. Went through drive-through.They forgot we were in the drive-through. Had a walk in after 23 minutes of waiting for our food. Everybody sitting there talking, and there was no food made. Had to wait another five More minutes to get my food. Very unhappy customer!!!! Also paid $45 for my food..
Would like to leave a review if I was even served. Seems they cater to online orders and drive thru. Not people walking in. Waited at the counter for over 10 min. Told once "be right with you" and then never looked at again. Busy taking care of doordash and drive thru orders. Disappointing.
