This is no longer Teriyaki Boy, it's now a Korean BBQ
Hit or miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes the service is TERRIBLE! More than once I've left because the line of 1 or 2 people wasn't moving. Staff screwing around with friends, on the phone, or just generally not working. It's disappointing because the food is usually good.
The food is healthy, tastes good, and comes in large portions. But not once have I been able to call and put in an order at the Rainbow location because the phone line is either busy or no one answers when the call goes through. I don’t blame the workers, as I’m sure there’s short staffing and the cook is also likely manning the front desk. But it’s a HUGE deterrent for a potential customer to not be able to place an order.
