This is on behalf of my kids. Teri's is a horrible behavioral health provider. Trying to get in person appointments for my minor children was a nightmare. It never happened for one of my kids. Another one of my kids providers left & they were unable to find another in person provider. Based on what I was told by the front desk is (I asked at every appointment) that they struggled to find anyone on the west side to work in office. I used to think highly of this health care service helping with my wife’s post partum rage, they just called this morning and told her they no longer accept Medicade and they won’t allow her to pay out of pocket to “respect medicades policy” in other words the biggest discriminatory statement they have made. I do not recommend this service as they can’t even control how the building looks smells or drug addict population using the building as a hiding facility from authorities. Teri's is a place I know I can call to get my needs met. I have been going to Teris for two years now with my family and from medications to therapy I am helped. Also love they are in my neighborhood!
