$189 to clear a condensate line. Rip-Off !!! Cheap initially, but gouge you for everything beyond a check up.
This is an additional review as I called them yesterday because our AC was not working. Manny said he would be out today and came just like he said he would at the time he said he would and called to let me know. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, and was gone in less than an hour plus charged a reasonable rate; this is a great company of high integrity. I highly recommend them.
