I went to urgent care with a family member, He came in quick after the tests were done but he didnot wanna talk felt like, was not taking the patient seriously. No eye contact. Waited in the for the while to get update but he sent the nurse to go over the reports and discharge instructions. Not welcoming at all, hate to say this I felt like was a racial issue.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with him- kind smart and personable. The other reviewers really seem to not understand “how that works” when it comes to kids and viruses….
Had to bring my son to urgent care and was seen by Dr. Ciccone. Myself and my husband and my 2 year old son got seated into a room fairly quickly but we were waiting for over 45 min before a Dr came in to see us. I did have to step outside and ask for an update on how much longer as my son was not feeling well and was starting to get irritable.
