The providers are great, but when it comes to the office staff, they are the worst. They neglected to collect a co-pay or send me a statement for my co-pays that they neglected to collect at the time of service. I was unaware I had a co-pay as my services were during COVID, and all visits were telehealth visits. I received a bill in the mail for over $1200 in regards to co-pays.
