My MIL ordered (via Clover) for pickup on 7/2/24 and the order was accepted for pickup at 8:05… to reiterate: order was accepted… except when we arrived at 8:05 the restaurant was closed. Ok, maybe a problem in the kitchen, etc… but then the charge went through anyway! We’ve not been able to reach the restaurant since (was still closed 7/5/24, no one there or answering phones). Now we’re disputing the charge with visa. Used to love this place but this kind of situation really makes you wonder.
Teri FRESH is right!!!!! Everything is made fresh and served hot, even when I have it delivered. My new fav place to grab a bite after work and on any occasion. Also the owner is so nice and genuine. I can tell she really cares about her customers :) + the atmosphere is amazing and always clean.
I have been going here since this location opened years ago. I have noticed a service slide. Time for less I went there with my one year old and family. We spent well over $100 again the greeting presentation and we asked for anything she was very irritated. Yes we did arrive there hour and a half for closing. She wanted to eat and get out kind of thing. yes a little one to drop a fork and a noodle. She came to the front to tell us while we were eating the baby needs to stop making a mess.
