wood rotting, walls cracking inside roof problem put drain on wrong and wouldn't fix it poor customer service causing me to pay out extra money for there error..very unhappy.
I have nothing but good things to say about Bryan Terhune and his right hand Steve! They built our original family home about 20 years ago and throughout helped us with stuff that came up that had nothing to do with them and the quality of there work. They also helped finish a crazy remodel after recently moving into a 100 year old home. Bryan and Steve are old school where they are honest and hardworking and have pretty good sense of humor thrown in there with Steve! I highly recommend Terhune Homes
I used Bryan to build my custom home in 1998 in Fall City. It was a fantastic experience that I talk about to this day. The quality of the home was superb. Life drastically changed for me over the years...and I have long since sold my gorgeous dream home. I live in South Carolina now...I sure do wish Bryan and his team were out this way. I still have friends back in the Seattle area...and I am about to refer a friend to him, so I was checking to see if he was still at same location - and he is!
Bad company. Terrible quality, cheats.
