Very unprofessional. They quoted a price to fix a stained glass window at the church. When they showed up they were very rude and told me they would not do the job with no real reason as to why. It was an insurance claim and there was no issue with the price. I am amazed that they are in business. The gentleman who came to the site was the owners brother and was upset and angry from the moment he showed up.
