Participating with the Tergar community in MSP is an opportunity to be around people who are being the change that I want to see in the world. The straightforward teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and the other instructors make meditation and mindfulness accessible, regardless of one's faith tradition or philosophical leanings. Highly recommended.
A welcoming and connection local.and international community. Deeply committed to meditation in an accessible way to all faith traditions as well as in depth teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.
This is a welcoming community for all levels of experience. I enrolled in the Joy of Living a few years ago as a beginner and have felt supported in developing my practice every step of the way. I'd highly recommend exploring this community.
