I’ve dealt with a lot of shops across the country being a fleet manager. The turn around on my vehicles has always been quick and most importantly done right. The professional courtesy that Lacey Petrosky brings up there doesn’t go unnoticed.
Highly recommend good service staff is awesome. Staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.
We had our small towable lift in there twice in the last year. Once the boom wasnt working and the other time it was the leveling arms. Both times just relays. Instead of looking at troubleshooting fixing the issue they went over the whole thing each time and provided the same list each time of minor things like manuals missing. They sent an estimate of $4,800 this time and $900 in troublehooting. Good place to pick up from. Turned left out of parking lot, railroad tracks to the right looked kinda steep from where I sat at driveway.
