Dr. Alexander did my surgery, she is so kind, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. She is just so humble, I live in Schaumburg and will continue to see her for my medical needs. Can’t say enough good things about her, she is just phenomenal!!
I’m super hesitant about going to doctor appointments, but, at this place, I really did feel about as comfortable as I could ever hope to be in such an environment. This doctor had an extremely pleasant bedside manner. The nurses were lovely as well. I didn’t have many questions, but the doctor gave great pointers on issues that may come up for someone in my age bracket, and I do believe that if I were to have a problem, I could talk to this doctor freely, and I believe she would actually listen and offer help.
