I visited Dr. Gondolo in 2019, so please forgive me for leaving such a late review. She was exceptional with me. I have vertigo, and Dr. Gondolo knew exactly how to handle my condition. She was aware of the appropriate medication to prescribe. My vertigo returned in 2025, and I have scheduled another appointment with my preferred neurologist. Our family has been calling both locations , multiple times a day to try to obtain a refill for my grandmother. No voicemail set up and no way to reach anyone. It just rings. So unprofessional and horrible for continuity of care and medication management.

Total Scam. The staff was friendly and professional for the most part with the exception of one of the front desk associates. I came to this office with my elderly mother of 86 years. The doctor saw her for maybe 5 minutes and was ready to prescribe pills without even properly evaluating her. We were sent to do 2 exams on site. Once the last exam was done we were told to go to the front and wait for the next appointment date.
