We were traveling through in our mercedes sprinter campervan when we stopped at another shop because we thought our tire valve was leaking. They discovered our rim had a crack and said they could not help us. We called Ray who told us to stop by. He spent all day trying to locate a replacement rim on a Friday in order to get us on the road again. He even let us take his Shop truck to get lunch and do a few errands in town. Ryan and his team did a great job mounting and did a road force balance on my new 20" wheels. The labor price is reasonable
Ray was the nicest guy! We got a flat at 7am and he picked up and checked tire inventory, suggested a tow truck company, checked on us and the tire was actually reasonably priced. Genuinely impressed by the kindness.
I came to Teresa's to get my wheels aligned. Also, I needed some work done that I couldn't do on my own. Specifically, I couldn't re-attach two rubber boots that connect to my innter tie rods. I told the workers this, and they attached them for free. Teresa's goes above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommed them.
Excellent service, bought 4 tires. I called around to five tire shops in town for quotes and they beat all the other prices by a significant amount. Was in and out in less than twenty minutes. They'll also rotate every 5,000 miles for free.
