Horrible place better off going to home depot. The response to my review should tell you exactly how unprofessional this business is and they added their own 5 star review as a response instead of responding to my review very sad. She is very dishonest on what she wrote, I actually dropped the assault charge since she is elderly and not a real threat. I would never state that I would damage a homeowners place it's not their fault they hired this place. Also I've never been married...
It seems I do not always post reviews that are favorable, but I was so very happy with the help and attention to detail that I received from Theresa’s, that I decided to post this. Theresa was so easy to work with when I decided I needed new flooring. She came to my home several times to help me make decisions, gave us a great fair price, and was true to her word on the installation timeline. I would highly recommend her. It is very sad that people enjoy bashing businesses just because they want to. My reviews should be all 5 star because there is no business that cares more about her customers than I do. Tasha Ann has never been a customer, her husband was an installer who wouldn't finish his job, so he didn't get paid, so Tasha threatened to destroy my customers home, and then filed a false police report saying I attacked her, then went on and posted negative things about my business on Lake Happenings.
