It seems I do not always post reviews that are favorable, but I was so very happy with the help and attention to detail that I received from Theresa’s, that I decided to post this. Theresa was so easy to work with when I decided I needed new flooring. She came to my home several times to help me make decisions, gave us a great fair price, and was true to her word on the installation timeline. I would highly recommend her. It is very sad that people enjoy bashing businesses just because they want to. My reviews should be all 5 star because there is no business that cares more about her customers than I do. Tasha Ann has never been a customer, her husband was an installer who wouldn't finish his job, so he didn't get paid, so Tasha threatened to destroy my customers home, and then filed a false police report saying I attacked her, then went on and posted negative things about my business on Lake Happenings. Horrible place better off going to home depot
Teresa's took advantage of our insurance claim and we ended up with enough leftover carpet to cover another 3/4 of the original area we needed replaced; plus that much in padding, too. If you consider using Teresa's, double check and triple check her math before you sign your name to her contract
