I can't say enough about Teresa's House Assisted Living/Memory Care! I wish I could give 100 stars! They offer top notch amazing compassionate care with such an attentive staff ensuring the residents are well taken care of, safe, and happy. You can see the warmth, love, and respect they have for one another as the staff truly focuses on all aspects of the resident's physical, mental, and spiritual health. If I could give Teresa House 15 stars, I would. I don’t believe there is a better facility in the Dallas area to care for your loved one. My mom has dementia and was not getting the care she needed at an Asst. Living facility. My sister and I visited numerous facilities and from day one, we knew Teresa House was different. We had the opportunity for my mother to live there several years ago. The staff and management were very attentive to her needs. I was always Impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms in public areas. The staff to patient ratio was also dramatically better than the other facilities we considered. Their decision to put a loved one in a managed care environment is never easy, no one wants to be in that situation as the decision maker or the patient. Teresa's House is fantastic. They have been so great for my wife who has dementia. They are experts in loving people with this terrible disease. The facility is great, but the staff are even better.
