Didn't do my hair right.
With the amount of good reviews this place had, I really hoped for a good result. I brought my daughter in to get a haircut in today. She asked for something that looked like a pixie and even brought in a picture. I think the pictures speak for themselves, but after asking my daughter multiple times how she wanted her haircut and looking at the picture a bunch more, the lady still shaved half my kids head. My daughter left this place in tears. We obviously will not be returning to this place.
