Absolutely amazing service and staff! The team was professional and thorough! I cannot recommend them enough!
Having worked with Teresa and her ladies before, I was eager to hire them for an event. However, after a couple of inquiries and a phone call attempt, I was never followed up with. She could not even be bothered to let me know whether the date I needed her services was available or not. The additional star here is for her outstanding staff... Teresa's ladies will get it done. I've witnessed it first hand on a services stand point and attendee. Teresa, however, will not.
The communication with teresa was horrible. I booked with her and was waiting for the contract, invoice, and a way to pay the deposit. Was ignored for a week and decided to go with another company. Planning a wedding is hard enough just asking for professionalism and communication is not a big ask.
Teresa' and her team did an outstanding job servicing my daughter's wedding in Forth Worth last weekend. We arranged for the caterer, the beverages, many other services to do the wedding and Teresa's team took over and coordinated everything with great professionalism and a smile. Her servers and bartenders were friendly and attentive and went the extra mile to see that our 180 guests were well taken care of. Above and Beyond! I will use Teresa again and highly recommend her and her team.
She will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to hire her. Our venue, regretfully, had this business listed as a recommended vendor. Avoid at all cost. This business did not write a formal contract of any type but tell you all the things you want to hear. On the day of our wedding they were two people short (33% of staff promised).
