I have been under her care more than 20 years. I never broke or damaged generations of hearing aids she provided. But, I finally lost my right sided ReSound, in NYC taxi cab. Obviously, I needed help from her. Today, she performed audiometry and arranged for new set of ReSound pair to be fit to my ear-canals.
