Teresa helped sell a house my parents had owned in Shelley Idaho. This was part of a trust and had many complications. We live in Montana which made things tricky at times but Teresa made everything work. She was available anytime and took care of many issues that were above and beyond the normal expectations. Teresa help us buy our first home. She is very accommodating and very patient and takes the time to explain everything. She will do anything she can to help with the process. Such as giving you phone numbers for inspectors calling professionals to look at things for you. She treated us like she would anyone of ger other clients. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone. I will definitely call her again if I ever buy another house or sell a house.
Teresa was INCREDIBLE and if I could I would give 10 STARS!!!! I cannot speak enough good things about my experience with her!
