From day 1, Teresa and her team really listened to my "story" and showed genuine concern for my well-being. There were many offramps to my situation, but each one was met with a clear explanation of "this is what you/we need to do". I was also impressed how every time Teresa spoke with the "other team", she told my story better than I could myself. You can't pull that off with a 5 minute read before the meeting.
