Makes an addendum to a radiology report 9 months after the original only after a discrepancy was noticed by the patient in a subsequent CT Scan of Abdomen/Pelvic by a different radiologist alluded back to the previous scan which said there was no evidence of an abdominal aortic aneurysm & the subsequent one revealed a 2.8 cm aaa, to make it coincide with the other radiologist’s report. Gross negligence!!! Thanks
