I wholeheartedly agree with the review that said you were rude and unprofessional. I have been reading some of the office notes that you have done up on my chart and to say they are unprofessional and rude sums up everything. Needless to say I will be bringing this up to your superiors. No one should be talked about in that manner in person or even in their medical records.
