Dr. Grossi was super cool, and unphased by the screaming child in the next room. She checked all of my hundreds of spots and took 4 biopsies same visit when I was only concerned about one. I felt cared for, important, and I was also impressed that the office had someone who spoke another language for a patient that spoke no English. The interpreter and her got along well, and I'm sure she felt well cared for also. Horrible experience. This lady seems to be so afraid of skin conditions that she can't do her job. She barely looked at anything, she cross-contaminates on the patient while protecting herself with PPE, she doesn't know what she is doing.

I had a very poor experience at my appointment with Teresa last week . it lasted less than 5 minutes. She was rude and terrible rushed. I tried to ask questions and she kept quoting prices and said she was giving me a paper about all the options. I asked her to check something on my back and she barely looked. Never even sat down. Totally uninterested in what I had to say. Never going back there again.
