Horrible experience. This lady seems to be so afraid of skin conditions that she can't do her job. She barely looked at anything, she cross-contaminates on the patient while protecting herself with PPE, she doesn't know what she is doing.
I had a very poor experience at my appointment with Teresa last week . it lasted less than 5 minutes. She was rude and terrible rushed. I tried to ask questions and she kept quoting prices and said she was giving me a paper about all the options. I asked her to check something on my back and she barely looked. Never even sat down. Totally uninterested in what I had to say. Never going back there again.
