Teresa Garten and her team are great! I have been purchasing State Farm Insurance through their Ferndale branch for a long time and have only had positive experiences. The automated process offered by phone was intuitive, facilitated a tow, and made me feel well cared for throughout the day with updates along the way and follow up messages afterwards. I am grateful for all the services they provide and highly recommend.

This State Farm agency has very organized people who are really nice. I've been with State Farm Insurance for several decades and they've always been terrific, even when our house was burglarized several years ago and we had a claim. It was just all taken care of. Keep up the good work!
