From the very first call Lindsey was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining my options. The process was smooth and efficient. They even followed up to make sure I understood and felt comfortable moving forward.

I was recommended to this office by my former Statefarm agent/office when I moved states. The assigned agent, Lindsey, provided me a quote. I agreed to quote but then when I went to pay my monthly payment it was $30 higher per month than the agreed upon amount. I contacted her about it and she said she would look into it and that the charge must have been a mistake. When I hadn’t heard back in over 2 weeks, I called the office. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I’ve consistently received from Teresa Garten’s team! While traveling, I had some disruptions with my payments, but the staff—through phone calls and texts—worked tirelessly to keep my vehicle and whole life insurance plans active and ensure I had no issues.
