Terrible and rude provider. Obviously does not care at all about helping people. No joke, my mother came in for a rash on her arms and told this provider that it has spread to her face and tried to show her, only to be told that she has to get another authorization if she would like them to look at her face. Insane. Are patients expected to get a prior auth for every single inch of skin? I had an appointment with Teresa this morning and walked out of her office soo disappointed and angry. I had an allergic reaction on my hands and by the time I went to see her, my hands where okay but I had a similar rush on my lips. When I wanted to show her, she jumped out of the room to check the authorization. Then her assistant came to tell me that the authorization is for my hands only. I couldn’t believe what I heard. I went to visit this place for the first time today and Teresa Anderson was there to listen to my concerns and give me the proper guidance. Teresa went above and beyond and demonstrated absolute professionalism and attentiveness. She was very caring and really wanted to help. She possesses excellent knowledge and is a true expert. I would recommend Teresa to anyone who wants to see a dermatologist. Thank you again!
