Excellent staff and great service. Would appreciate a call from doctor in addition to portal..as it would be more personal and helpful in trying to decipher results and next steps.
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. Unfortunately, I found the provider’s bedside manner to be lacking. She did not seem compassionate or interested in listening to my concerns, and the appointment felt rushed, as if I were just another number rather than a person. I left the office feeling dismissed and not cared for, which was very disappointing. I hope she can take more time with future patients to show genuine care and understanding. When I called needing to see Dr.Zevloff the very nice person on the phone was able to fit me in within a couple hours. Dr. Varghese saw me since Dr. Zevloff was out of the office . I hardly had to wait and Dr.Varghese was very professional and helped me. Everyone in the office was friendly and kind.
